Are utilization fees included?

Our prices include voice and music royalties for one business phone system. If you wish to expand your usage beyond one business, make sure to contact us for further details. It is important to note that using Vox O Max Express recordings for purposes outside of a business phone system, an IP telephony system or an on-site hosted system is not allowed.

Are files compatible with all phone systems?

Yes, our files are supported by all phone systems. You can download your voice recording in many formats. If you don’t find the format you are looking for, do not hesitate to reach out to us: we will quickly convert your file to match your needs.

Is Vox O Max Express working with professional narrators?

Absolutely! Corporate narration is an art and we make sure to elevate our craftsmanship by carefully selecting our narrators. No synthetic voices are used: our recordings are made solely using human voices. Whether they are in French, in English or in a bilingual format, our recordings are up to par with the highest industry standards.

Can I write my own message for voice recordings?

Yes, our custom voice message options (both for voice messaging and on hold messages) allow you to import your text to create a recording that remains unique to your business.

Where can I find ideas for my automated phone system?

Visit the pre-recorded section in our On hold message page. You will find many already written messages to draw inspiration from. Summer vacation, Christmas season, holidays: you can choose from many themed recordings.

Is it possible to access a broader selection of narrators and background music?

We make it our mission to develop our selection of narrators and background music every day to offer more variety to our customers. Make sure to keep an eye out for our most recent additions! Is it possible to modify an order after payment?

In order to keep the best pricing possible while minimizing delays, no modifications will be possible once the order is filed. We recommend that you double-check your order parameters (text, voice, music) before submitting your order, since no revision is done on our end.

It has been over three days and I have not received my download link yet. What do I do?

It is not normal for you not to receive your custom order after a three-day delay. Make sure to check your junk mail: the message containing the download link may have slipped out of your inbox. If you still haven’t found your link, contact us so that we can find a solution as fast as possible.
